Bhakhri
Ingredients
- 450ml Whole Meal Flour
- 170ml sour Yoghurt
- ¼ teaspoon Tumeric Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Cumin Seed Powder
- 85g Cooking Oil
- ½ teaspoon Sugar
- Salt to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients together (except oil) to a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into three equal parts.
- Roll these portions until they are 12mm thick.
- Cut uniform shapes as desired.
- Fry them on a low heat until golden brown.
- Serve as snacks.
